This recognition is a huge honour for our team. It’s a reflection of the dedication we bring to every training session, every workplace visit, and every interaction with our clients. To be recognised for excellence in customer service – something we pour our hearts into – is incredibly rewarding.

We feel proud to be listed alongside so many other hardworking and passionate local businesses who are also making a difference in the Ballarat community.

Our journey began in 2015, and since then, we’ve trained thousands of individuals and workplaces through first aid courses, fire safety training, and emergency evacuation planning. Whether we’re delivering training at our Ballarat centre or on-site for clients across Victoria, our mission remains the same: to empower people with the confidence and skills to save lives.
